PHd holder for student visa
My elder brother is holding PhD in food technology and he is planning for PGWP and the reason for PGWP is to settle in Canada. As the score board is increasing day by day with 460plus he is incapable to gain those and 8777 is a gambling in another way that we all knew about. His age is 30 and working as a associate professor since 2 years. What do you suggest him ? Should he go with genuine process of PGWP? Do Visa officer will grant him the visa? Need your valuable inputs on this.

Why NOC is unknown for Associate Professor?
It is 4011
you can check here also

Apart from that, you need to look for the PNP as I said. Calculate the SINP score and let us know. or book a consultation.

So your elder brother where did he completed his Ph.D.? is it in Canada? If yes then I would like to say in the case of Ph.D. the PGWP processing is not the same as other programs like masters or PG-diploma. It may take time.
If you are looking for further study for him than drop the idea and look for PNPs if he is not qualified enough for the EE.
Calculate the CRS and PNP like the SINP score and let us know.
