You need to first know why it was denied.
Apply for an ATIP. It may take any time between 2 to 6 weeks.
Once you get that, understand the rejection points, next time clarify those points.
You need to reapply for the work permit.
Recently BCPNP has been very difficult to qualify.
Please calculate your points for BCPNP recent cutoffs.
Also need to check your income to qualify, English language test results are must for B, C, D, minimum 30 hours a week job offer from an approved employer. You do not need English language or French language test results in O and A categories but most of the candidates do this to score higher points for BCPNP.
