Ok, your question already answered by IRCC. I would like to inform you that IRCC already took some measures to facilitate International Students.
IRCC recently announced a two-stage approval process to facilitate the International Students.
Earlier they allowed online courses from home countries for fall 2020 semesters and they will be eligible for the 3 years postgraduate work permit.
Now this newly introduced norm is about giving priority processing of study permits to those International students, who have submitted a complete application online, sept-15.
There will be an in-principle approval, which which will reassure the International students that they can enroll and begin their online studies for the coming fall semester, even though they are not able to submit all required documents due to pandemic related closure.
As you can see IRCC is measuring all necessary steps to ensure International students find no difficulty for the COIVD19 situation. If you still find difficulty processing your application you can seek our help.
Thank you.
